Dai Bosatsu Zendo Kongo-ji is a Rinzai Zen monastery located on 1,400 acres in the Catskill Mountains near Livingston Manor, New York. Founded in 1976 by Eido Shimano Roshi, the monastery features traditional Japanese architecture including a main hall, teahouse, and bell tower overlooking Beecher Lake. It offers sesshins, residential training, and individual retreat.
