Christiane Wolf is a physician (MD) and holds a PhD in psychosomatic medicine. She is a senior teacher at InsightLA and a leader in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) community. Originally from Germany, she brings together vipassana practice and secular mindfulness with a deep understanding of the science of mind-body health.
