Reggie Ray is a Buddhist teacher and the founder of Dharma Ocean Foundation in Crestone, Colorado. He was a student of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche and holds a PhD in Buddhist studies from the University of Chicago. He was a professor at Naropa University for many years.
