Robert Svoboda is the first Westerner to graduate from a college of Ayurvedic medicine in India and be licensed to practice Ayurveda there. He studied under his mentor, the Aghori Vimalananda, whose life he documented in the Aghora trilogy. He teaches and writes on Ayurveda, Jyotish (Vedic astrology), tantra, and yoga. His books include the 'Aghora' series and 'Prakriti: Your Ayurvedic Constitution.' He teaches workshops throughout the US.
