About

Spring Washam is a meditation and dharma teacher based in Oakland, California. She is a founding member of the East Bay Meditation Center and has trained extensively in the Theravada and Tibetan Buddhist traditions. She is the author of 'A Fierce Heart: Finding Strength, Courage, and Wisdom in Any Moment.' She is known for her work in making meditation accessible to communities of color and for integrating ancestral healing with Buddhist practice.
