Land of Medicine Buddha is a Tibetan Buddhist retreat center in Soquel, California, near Santa Cruz. It is part of the Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition (FPMT). The center offers meditation retreats, courses in Tibetan Buddhist philosophy, and healing practices on 108 acres of redwood forest. A large prayer wheel and Medicine Buddha statue grace the grounds.
