Mooji, born Anthony Paul Moo-Young, is a spiritual teacher originally from Jamaica who lives in Portugal. He is a disciple of Sri Harilal Poonja (Papaji), who was himself a devotee of Ramana Maharshi. Mooji's teaching centers on self-inquiry in the Advaita Vedanta tradition, guiding people to recognize their true nature as pure awareness. He founded Monte Sahaja ashram in Portugal and holds satsangs worldwide. While not US-based, he regularly teaches in the US and has a large American following.
