Victoria Cary is an Insight Meditation teacher based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She came to Buddhist practice in her twenties while navigating anger and depression, and a transformative retreat at Spirit Rock set her on the path. She studied extensively with Larry Yang, completed the Community Dhamma Leadership program at Spirit Rock, and undertook a three-month intensive retreat at the Insight Meditation Society before completing formal teacher training at Spirit Rock. She has also practiced in Thailand and Malaysia. Victoria teaches from a heart-based, faith-based approach, emphasizing meeting practitioners in their daily lives.
